30-day money-back guarantee

KinesioCore offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and one-time purchases). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, processes all payments and refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support through the in-app help and we will assist you.

Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page or through paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone is not the same as a refund — if you also want a refund and you are within the 30-day window, request a refund as described above.

Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial and you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged and no refund is needed.
